Novyny Kinoekrana (before 1981 - Novyny Kinoekranu) is a Ukrainian Soviet monthly critical and journalistic illustrated magazine about cinema, in fact the main Ukrainian-language publication about cinema in the 1960s and 1980s. The magazine was considered a body of the State Committee of the Council of Ministers of the Ukrainian SSR on Cinematography and the Union of Cinematographers of Ukraine. It was published from 1961 to 1992. The main editors of the magazine were Vasyl Sychevskyi (until 1974), O. G. Gordiy (1976-1993), Yevhen Zagdanskyi, Ivan Mykolaichuk, Vasyl Zemlyak, Timofii Levchuk, Oleksandr Levada worked in the editorial office.
