Poster textThe state coat of arms of the Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic is an image of a hammer and sickle in the rays of the sun, surrounded by a wreath consisting of wheat ears on the right and cotton branches with flowers and open cotton bolls on the left; in the upper part of the coat of arms there is a five-pointed star; below is a part of the globe. On the ribbon of the wreath are inscriptions: on the left - in Uzbek "Butun dune proletar-lary, birlashingizi", on the right - in Russian "Proletarians of all countries, unite!" At the bottom of the bow of the ribbon is the inscription "UzSSR".CONSTITUTION (FUNDAMENTAL LAW) OF THE UZBEK SOVIET SOCIALIST REPUBLIC.ARTICLE 178.The national flag of the Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic is a red rectangular cloth with a blue stripe in the middle for the entire length of the flag. Narrow white stripes run along the edges of the blue stripe. The blue stripe together with the white stripes makes up one fifth of the width of the flag.On the upper red part of the flag cloth, near the pole, are depicted a golden sickle and a hammer and above them a five-pointed star framed by a golden border.
